Saturday Bib Pick Up at the Bridgeport Hotel, Bridge St Murray Bridge 4pm-7pm
Sunday Bib Pick Up at Sturt Reserve Start/Finish Line from 06:30am
LOCATION:
Sturt Reserve, Murray Cods Drive, Murray Bridge. The event village is located on the lawn area in between the playground and the new million dollar skate park area with the start line next to Murray Bridge’s famous Bunyip. 3km/5km/10km/21.1km & 42.2km The Marathon will start at 07:15am. Other event times will be staggered at 5 minute intervals after the Marathon starting with the 1/2 Marathon at 07:45am
MARATHON FESTIVAL RUNNERS NIGHT:
Saturday’s festivities kick off with a runners expo. Located in Murray Bridge’s newest jewel in the crown at the Bridgeport Hotel’s, Charles Sturt room on Bridge St, Athletes Bibs and Merchandise will be available to be picked up from 16:00pm to 19:00hrs which marks the close of the days festivities. All Marathon Entrants are invited to come to the athletes dinner (order from the Riverview Restaurant) and Runners short film festival. Featuring Lucy Bartholomew in “Running Out” on the Larapinta Trail

PARKING: (3-5-10-21.1-42.2km)
Road closures will be in place for Sturt REserve, please enter via Sturt Reserve Drive near corner of Jaensch Rd where the start line and event village is located here by the bunyip. Parking is available as per the car parking plan here.
RACE EVENT VILLAGE:
In the event village there will be plenty of entertainment for kids via renowned M.B. skate park and pump track and undercover playground. There will also be post race coffee and refreshments. There will be a coffee van to provide your early morning heart starter coffee. First Care Medical will be on hand to treat any injuries to runners and spectators.
MERCHANDISE/RACE TEE’S:
Race Merchandise will be available to be picked up with your bibs from the Bridgeport Hotel and short film festival on the Saturday 30tht between 16:00pm and 19:00pm.
**BLING**
Finishers medals for all Full and Half Marathon runners. (Please note, if you enter after the 1st October you may not receive your finishers medal on time) 1st, 2nd and 3rd medals for limited category winners in the 3k, 5k and 10k Run events. U/16’s, Open, Vets 55+) Please visit the registration tent to see if you are aligible for a placegetter medal in each distance (results submitted at regular intervals) We will take a photo of you with your medal infront of the media wall and post to social media platforms
BIBS
PRESENTATIONS/RACE RESULTS:
Race results will be available via our @MurraylandsMultisports facebook page and posted on the website later in the week. Race presentations will commence around 30 minutes after the overall 3rd placegetter comes across the line for each distance. Medals will be awarded to place getters in male and female categories for Junior in the 3k and 5km (U16 senior all distances (55+) and Open categories. Preentations as per above.
